Week 4 and at last the scales are showing a lose!!

I was beginning to think my scales were fault - my clothes feel much more comfortable, yet no sign of any change on the scales. Having increased to 3hrs extra exercise each week and daily calorie counting I have been feeling frustrated - but it just shows that perseverance is the key. Only another 20lbs to go - and a completely new wardrobe at this rate!
