Hi all. I have been extremely busy with work the last few weeks and haven't had time to track food, exercise much or even worse, post on here and read how everyone is going.
I have been weighing in, still daily, as it keeps me focused, and I have been fluctuating about 500g each week, some up, some down. Tomorrow is the start of a new week and a different work pattern and so I'm putting myself ideally first, but realistically! somewhere near the top of the list.
I will gradually catch up with what everyone is up to, but in the meantime, good luck.
