Yesterday was my 1st weigh in and i have lost 3lbs!!!!! I'm so pleased, especially as i had a bad weekend! Another 4lb and i'll be in the 12st bracket! I've forgot what that looks like on the scales! Hope all of you guys are doing well! Keep it up! Xx
