Stalled for a while seem to be stuck on same weight no matter what I did, but I managed to not go off the rails, it was close. Then this week I have lost 5 lb which seems a lot in one go but I'm not complaining, back on the bike and keep heading down, now just fat bloke instead of that other word.
Anyone else doing the London to Brighton in June ?

Well done. I'm planning on doing Women V Cancer Vietnam-Cambodia bike ride next year. Need to really get my act together and get this weight off though!!
True grandad but I've got to raise £3200 by next Sept so once weather gets better I'll be organising events etc. I'll probably end up paying most of it myself but I thought if I don't sign up for it now I'll never do, I've put off for years doing it. Its such a challenge but am sure it will be amazing. The weight has to get off though before then!!
Not really, just kept riding my bike which I do every day, which was why I couldn't understand being stuck for nearly a month. Just stay with plan, I do feel a lot better for losing the weight I've lost stay just keep doing what ever you are doing, and good luck because it can be a bugger.
Thanks. In a way I'm glad that you haven't done anything different. Maybe it's just my body readjusting. I'm just trying to keep focused but would be great to get a good result on scales soon. Good luck.
Yes it does get hard to stay with it, but you will feel so much better when you hit your target. I said once before I don't think enough is known about weight, I have a friend could eat a horse and not put on a pound, me walk past the cake shop gain a pound.
But good luck to you and just don't give in most of us have come to far.
Thanks, so true i wonder why it is so easy to put it on but so hard to lose!? I will keep with it. Lost 2 stone but stayed put for a while and been trying so hard! Still so much to go. This support is good for keeping me going!
