Terrible start 😕

Well i only started counting my calories on Thursday but i have had a terrible weekend and am now kicking myself! My friend had a bbq and although i didn't really eat much i'm sure i made up for it in drinks and have also not been to the gym 😶 I have, however, got straight back on track today with my eating so fingers crossed i can do some damage limitation before weigh day!

Just learn from it and you'll be stronger next time. You might give in occasionally but DO NOT give up. Wishing you a good week. :)
