Just finished week 3 and I have lost another kg so now weigh 72.8kg. I haven't noticed any changes yet, but I'm sure I will soon. But just seeing the scales move down made me happy, I have now lost roughly a stone!
I am going to start C25K week 4 this morning which seems a little daunting, due to running for 5 minutes straight, I will give it a go though and hopefully it will get easier throughout the week.
