well its not been a good week due to illness iv not been able to exercise and my dieting as suffered.

im only on week 9 now instead of week 10 but yes im trying very hard to get motivated iv started week 9

yesterday still at 11 stone need to reach 10 1/2 stone in 6 weeks . it can be done but im struggling.

I wouldn't worry about the odd bad day or week - no point being unwell and also hungry to compound the misery - it is a long term journey :)

thanks im back on recovery now 2lb loss im in a happier place now . thank hope you doing ok.

Sorry to hear you've had a bad week and been poorly, I hope you're feeling better now! Don't let a bad week get you down, get your head back in the game and start afresh! Your goal amounts to just over 1lb each week so it's totally doable! You can do this! Best of luck! 🌸

thanks for your reply , i'm feeling a lot better now. i have lost another 2lb this week so far hope you doing ok its great having people to talk to.

That's great so only 5lb to go! Congrats! 🎉🎉 I agree, it's great having some mutual support! I'm doing OK, have lost 1st so far, so a fifth of the way there..! 🌸

If you are well enough, a suggestion is to get up earlier in the morning and go for a quick brisk walk. Think positive!

i brisk walk is out for me but i did go out with daughter for a stroll and i enjoyed the time out . iv lost 2lb so far this week im in a good place now the calories counting was getting me down but im through that now and back on track. good luck to you and thanks for your reply.

Sorry to here you have been unwell and that you have had a bad week hope you feel better soon but don't let the down days bring you down thing off the good days and give your self a motivation boost my be get a new out fit but in the size you want to get to or put a picture of a holiday destination that you would like to go when you have reached iv a pic of my kids and husband and iv picked our favourite family holiday destination and a swimming costume I want to be in there my motivation my friend has a pic of her on the fridge when she was at here biggest and it works for her

thanks for your advice i did go out with daughter and got new clothes it was great my jeans were falling of me i got a new pair and new shorts im getting back on track now lost 2lb so far again.

'iv done the same i went out shopping with my daughter and brought some new clothes my jeans were falling off me im so happy now. iv lost 2lb this week and im getting back on track thanks for your support . good luck to you.
