Back on track after the holidays and I have lost another 1lb. For the first time in my life I have faced up to the fact that it`s not my underactive thyroid or that I am naturally a big lady or that hammer toes stop me walking. It`s what I put in my mouth that makes me fat. I have been thinking healthy eating not diet since January and a pound a week has now mounted up to one stone one pound and I am going to keep on healthy eating until I am in the healthy weight range for my height. I feel so much happier in myself. This time round it`s for ME no one else. Come on you lot out there we can and will do it
