Hi I am starting this morning, after having a few (lots) of months off even thinking of dieting, well actually thats not quite true, as I have been low carb, high fat, doing anything that is in the media to help, but none of it works. So I know the NHS diet works so I am back to it this morning, got a little notepad on the go writing down my calories etc. What finally did it for me was last night, I drank loads of wine and then ate lots and lots of chocolate and ended up feeling sick! I though if this is eating to enjoy then I feel rubbish, I need to get in control again, so here goes wish me luck!
