Hi jem121, welcome to the forum! The NHS plan is a great place to start, I'd also recommend downloading a calorie counting app such as my fitness pal, I find it so much easier to keep track of what I'm eating, just make sure to weigh everything out and be honest with yourself by logging everything in! Best of luck with your weight loss, you can do it! I'm looking forward to hearing how you get on 🌸

Welcome youve come to the right place for support and motivation. Best advice take it one day at a time, set smaller goals so if you have a lot of weight to lose break it down, makes it much more manageable and dont be too hard on yourself if you have a bad day we all do, learn from it and keep moving forwards :-) all the best

I use foodfocus.co.uk this is an excellent site for counting calories and recording your exercise. It's a free site too,and easy to use.

My advice is plan all your meals, don't get too hungry, use smaller plates, if you eat bread buy small loaves, weigh portions of things like rice & pasta.

Good luck

Welcome, I hope you find what you need in this community. Start by dowloading an app on your phone to keep track of calories (Fat Secret, My Fitness Pal...), it's a great aid! Good luck!
