Happy that I managed to control myself over Easter and have lost 1lb. Having read some of the posts I am going to try and reduce my carb intake as I am pre-diabetic and think this may help. I have been eating this way for three days and noticed an immediate difference with my puffy ankles which have reduced considerably! It's hard because I make my own bread which the family love so it's a real sacrifice not to have any. I must focus on the benefits! Good luck everyone with whatever you are doing x
