I know the basic's of it but I was just wondering what people generally tend to consume on the Low calorie days as I am trying to plan my attack.
Also do you find it harder if you have to cook meals for your family on those days also?

Stir fry vegetables was my favourite dish on 5:2
I haven't tried 5:2 but there's lots of sample meals online try goodtoknow.co.uk/recipes/53... 🌸
Kate Harrison has published a couple of good 5:2 recipe books or the Hairy Dieters ones are excellent if you're cooking for a family. I live on my own so I find it's easier to just get ready meals for those two days so I don't have to faff around counting calories. The M&S Count on Us ones are excellent and very tasty and I have a steam pack of vegetables with them. I only have the one meal in the evening and just have drinks before then.
