Hi everyone, I did this challenge 2 years ago and lost 2 and a half stone. After two operations, one last year and one this year i was unable to exercise for quite a while and just ate what I wanted and drank when I wanted (white wine when the kids are in bed!)
I decided to get off my backside and start again, I started on Monday, so will be weighing in next Monday. I need to lose 8kg to get back to my 'normal' pre babies/marriage weight, once I reach that weight I may decide to lose more.
