Day 2 healthy head on today😇

Had a good healthy breakfast 1 point to me because my willpower is quite low iv designed my way of rewarding myself ill let you know if it works. I'm using a point system so I can earn up to 5 points a day one for every good meal choice and when I reach 50 points in going to treat myself 😍 ill let you know how the day goes on lol xx

  • Good idea! I did something similar when I was losing weight before. I would give myself targets and rewards e.g. when I lost 3 pounds I would buy a health/ fitness mag, half a stone was a new book on my kindle and when I lost a stone I would go out for a really nice dinner with my partner - healthy option for me of course and half a cow on a plate for him! :-)

  • Haha sounds a bit like my hubby he can eat anything he wants and not gain a pound. Think I'm gonna treat myself to a new item of clothing when I reach my target as IV. Been living in joggers since iv been putting weight on cause though there is no point getting anything yet till IV earned it lol 😊

  • Thanks its been good today took my little spaniel max out who has bags of energy nearly had me running which I don't normally do, not even for a bus lol 😁
