Day one (fingers crossed😉)

Really glad I found this help I need to loose weight iv put 2 and a half Stone on and its not going anywhere ! I seem to have no willpower which is something I'm going to work on the most. Iv lost weight before after having my son, now 4 years but over time iv put it all bk on and more I weigh more now than I did when I was 9 month pregnant😲. I'm giving it my best shot at this as health is very important to me I keep My kids healthy so now I need to do something good for me 😊 x

  • Welcome to the site, you'll find lots of support here. Start by downloading an app on your phone to keep track of calories, that will really help you (My Fitness Pal, Fat Secret...). Good luck!

  • Hello and welcome to this wonderfully supportive group of people. I started my diet last Monday and the support and tips I've picked up here over the past 5 days have been so helpful. It's difficult to give yourself enough time and consideration when you have a young baby or small children but 'You Time' is very important, your son will benefit from a fitter Mum, it's not easy running around after a 4 year old but think of all the calories you're burning off while have a great time with your child.

  • That's right and I seem to be busy which leaves me little time to make healthy decisions about food as I'm eating quick for convenience and picking all the wrong things ☹ I'm going to try planning and see how it works .

  • It's the right time for you as you sound determined and are doing it for the right reasons. We all like to look good but knowing you are eating the right things is more important. Keep in touch as the support here is amazing.

  • Had some really nice welcome's today and feeling a bit more relaxed about things iv had loads of tips thanks everyone😊 today has been a bit up and down but willpower is stronger day by day night night🌛
