Week one success -woohoo!

Weighed in last night after first week on the plan. Stuck to my calorie allowance (or less as sometimes just didn't feel the need for more food). Used an app to measure excercise and achieved 11000 steps + everyday. All worth it - 3.5lbs lost in week one- hurragh! Into week 2 with enthusiasm......

Fantastic. Hubby and I started the 5.2 diet on 3rd March and here we are on 3rd April and I have lost 5kg and he has lost 3kg. We keep our calorie intake around 1500 for five days and cut it back to around 600 on Mondays and Thursdays and walk nearly 3 kms most days. We are in our late sixties and feel so much healthier. It's never too late to take control and educate your body to say NO to what we all know are the danger foods. Keep going and Good Luck.
