Really pleased. After staying the same in week 2 I've lost 2lbs this week so that's 4lbs overall. Down to exactly 12stone now so my goal for this week is to get down into the 11's. Still finding it hard to get to the elusive 1400 cals daily, averaging about 1500 just now but am exercising which helps. Just trying to focus on each week at the moment and not think too much about the bigger journey ahead. Have a good week everyone 🌟
