I am still staying very positive - 6 days of the week, I stay under 1400 cals each day and get in 10000 steps, which is harder on some days than others. Don't feel like I am missing out at all and I always have Sunday as my treat day. Total loss is 8lbs now over two weeks. I've another 32 to go, but have broken it down into 4 lots of 10lbs with a treat to be had at every 10 lbs. Got to keep positive and accept that even 1lb off, is still a half a bag of sugar off!
