Week 4

Hey everyone i am currently at the end of week 4, i have lost 5lb and 8inches!!! So chuffed with myself! I have chronic Fatigue syndrome, ibs, possible pcos, acid reflux, problems with my knees, thighs and hips. Just want to encourage you all that it is possible to lose weight! Get motivated, set goals and believe in yourself! You CAN do it!!!

Well done on your weight loss, especially with those health problems.

Have you tried giving up sugar and bread to help improve your health, as well as helping to lose weight?

I don't really eat much bread, I have cut down sugars, and only drink one fizzy drink every 2weeks. Thanks very much!
