The trials & temptations at work

How do people distract themselves from the treats people bring to work. I always go in with good intentions then end giving in & eating junk. I think it's worse at the moment cause I'm on night shift so tend to eat for the sugar rush.

I pre plan snacks to take to work with me, and politely ask people to try not to tempt you and to support your healthier eating choices. Maybe tempt them by making really nice healthy snacks like the banana oat cakes :-) for sweet cravings i think meringue biscuits are great, low cal but high sugar great for a sugary treat

I have same problem at work. The place is like a bakery some days with cakes and sweet treats. I have a packet of rich tea biscuits at work that if I feel the urge I nibble on one or two. I must say it's only my 2nd week and after weigh in today am still feeling motivated. Also I avoid the kitchen at work if I know there's cake

I agree with the girls, I talk an alternative in with me. It's hard but worth in the long run
