Week 6: Weightloss

I have just reached my week 6 weight loss and i found that i am mainly weak and tempted when i am out with friends. however, so far i have lost over 7 pounds but my body still looks the same but i am not too worried around seeing physical changes yet. I hope you are all doing well

7lbs is great! I didnt notice changes for a while keep it up you will get there

Hello Chiedza, I am now 66 and been yo yo dieting since I was 20. Through experience I have noticed that 17lb weight loss is the time when people notice and start commenting. Height may make a difference as I am 5' tall (small). Keep up the good work and yourself and other people will begin to notice. Good luck to us all on our journey, I am hoping this is my last weight loss journey, I think I have finally realised its not a diet I am on, it's a different way of eating. I hope and intend to keep feeling this way as my weight is now causing problems health wise.

Yes I will keep going, it is very especially when i go to social events and still have to be healthy. I have cheat meals, but i tend to binge on them so i need to work on that, but this is very encouraging. I am 19 years old and I just want to live a healthy lifestyle, not necessarily go on a diet, but i am encouraged by what you said about being consistent.

I hope that everything goes well and your weight-loss journey will be finally over and done with :)
