So this week I have tried to ramp up my steps after watching Katie Hopkins last week. I downloaded a step app. Monday managed 8500, Tuesday 6500, Wednesday about 6500 again I think but the app drains my battery so quickly it went off half way round my walk. I've now deleted the app and I've gone back to Map My Walk instead. yesterday I did 6k and today 4k so I'm happy with that.
Ill weigh in the morning . I think it'll be a maintain this week judging by My Fitness Pal .

Hello am just starting week four. I got a pedomitor dont think I spelt that right, but anyway I cant work out how to set the thing so just doing lots of housework running up the stairs and I need to get out and walk more. Have lost 8lbs so very happy but I have lost one and a half inches off my bust which is only thing that does not need to shrink. Good luck.
