Week 2 - 1lb lost (3lb in total)

I'm happy with that . This week I'm upping my activity . Today I've walked 8500 steps so I'm pleased with myself . I had an appointment straight from work (in the opposite direction to home )so I drove there this morning . Walked to work from there, walked back , and then drove home . I am now 13 st 2lb . I haven't been 12 something for three plus years . I'm aiming for 12.13 as my interim target .
