After almost a week I have lost almost 1 that's great! I have had 2 litres of water per day, walked the dogs for 30-60minutes each day, and have decided to try the 2 fasting days of Monday & Thursday, so today is the second fasting day...not too difficult if you know that the next day you can eat relatively normally. I feel focussed...and with a goal of losing gradually, and an overseas holiday in May....I think I'm well on track at this stage. :)

    Congratulations on your 1kg loss - that's really great. You've been doing lots of exercise too walking your dogs - and glad you're getting on with the 5:2 eating plan.

    Well done on your 1kg loss. I normally hold a bag of sugar to visualize how much weight I've lost. It's a good feeling to know that you are not carrying that much fat in your body anymore!

    I'm glad you are doing well with the 5:2 plan
