My eating and exercise plan

I am finding eating little often is working for me, I have tried to cut out all the shit like bread. chocolate,crisps, sweets,......... I do enjoy my mash potatoes so kept eating them I exercise 5 times a week with 1 mile cross trainer 1 mile treadmill up hill then some weights I have done this for a month I was 11 stone and now weight 10.7 very pleased with my self I have lost 9ib ........ I am not feeling any mad urges to eat things like the sweet stuff or crisps or bread..........enjoying my fruit smoothies and drinking lots of water with fresh lemons in them this is working for me ......just wanted to share my plan :))
