Got weighed this morning and have lost a pound which is a great feeling having maintained last week. 1st of Feb and spent the morning looking back over the last month and have lost 5 pounds in total. It was good to look back to see where i was on the start of the journey and five weeks in. That's two bags of sugar lighter and have found my walking pace is increasing. Although is seemed a long week that took some organizing to limit bread intake the loss of another pound makes it worth it
plan this month is to increase my exercise and carry on with the no cheating on snacks and eating between meal.
