Stick With & You'll Get Results

I have yo yo dieted for years. 18 Months ago my weight hit 17.5 stone and I knew I needed to do something about it. I decided to cut down my calorie intake and take up exercise. Religiously I have stuck to the diet and exercise and am now 5.5 stone lighter. Throughout this time I still had a treat once a week wine, biscuit or chocolate. If you believe in yourself and get motivated anyone can do it. I still watch what I eat and exercise 4 times a week.

Hope this might inspire some of you.

Brilliant! It's great to hear your success story. I bet you feel great! I've got about that far to go now so far have got rid of 1st 8lb which is making me feel better already. Well done :-)


Many Congratulatios you have inspired me to keep going.I have lost two and a half stones but seem to be sticking, I need to lose another 2-3 stone so I am feeling down about it. It has taken some time to lose the weight I have lost, I use a smaller plate and eat healthily, rarely drink alcohol so please can you give me your advice or any other suggestions you may have? Thank you and very well done.
