I have yo yo dieted for years. 18 Months ago my weight hit 17.5 stone and I knew I needed to do something about it. I decided to cut down my calorie intake and take up exercise. Religiously I have stuck to the diet and exercise and am now 5.5 stone lighter. Throughout this time I still had a treat once a week wine, biscuit or chocolate. If you believe in yourself and get motivated anyone can do it. I still watch what I eat and exercise 4 times a week.
