Week 4: maintained

I knew that with the steady weight loss of the last four weeks that at least one would be a maintain!! For me this is where the battle to remain motivated really kicks in. Although i know that this week has had at least two days where cake featured in the day - darn Patisserie Valerie !!!. so have thought about meals for this week to ensure that they are planned and bought in extra fruit and veg for snacks. Plan to try a week without bread to see if that helps.

hows everyone else doing - well i hope.

  • Steve - that is fantastic. Def know it was the chocolate cream cake yesterday and the lemon cupcake on friday that did it for me this week. Also trying glass of water during eating my meals. if nothing else the extra exercise going to the loo should help !!!

  • Sounds like you are doing well, we all have bad weeks but in the past it probably wouldnt have stopped at just cake lol. See the positive that you didnt gain making maintaining the weight loss now will make it easier in the future. Stay strong and keep up the good work
