I knew that with the steady weight loss of the last four weeks that at least one would be a maintain!! For me this is where the battle to remain motivated really kicks in. Although i know that this week has had at least two days where cake featured in the day - darn Patisserie Valerie !!!. so have thought about meals for this week to ensure that they are planned and bought in extra fruit and veg for snacks. Plan to try a week without bread to see if that helps.
