After a Christmas and New Year blip, have got my mojo back. 5:2 doing it for me again. Heard Michael Mosely on Radio 2 this week and felt reinspired. Helpful advice on sticking to protein and lots of veg on fasting days. (Don't like the way it is being referred to as the Fast Diet, because it implies quick weight loss, which is misleading, and also that it is a diet. It's not. It's a way of life.) So easy, just two days when you stick to 500 cal, the other five you don't have to deny yourself. And best of all, it's working! Two pound off this week!
