Just had my 3rd week weigh in and pleased to report that I have shifted another 2lb so that's half a stone! Really chuffed, my hard work is paying off. I have started to use my new cross trainer over this last few days too, so onwards and upwards. Still have the sweet cravings, but having fruit instead of the usual rubbish, but the longer you go on and the more results you get, it really Spurs you on. Best wishes to all xx
