Hi my baby is 5 months old and exclusively breastfed. I am going to start weaning her in a month. Before this pregnancy I had good results on the 5:2 diet. I am very keen to shift my baby weight (and struggling to lose anything on simply healthy diet) and wondered if anyone has done the diet whilst breastfeeding and what peoples' thoughts are on this? Thanks.
