Looking for weight loss buddies

Hi guys

I'm starting my weight loss plan today and looking for buddies just so we can motivate one another. Anyone else just starting out?

Hey Ash! I have joined a couple of hours back and I needed a buddy to keep me motivated too. Right now I plan to drink oodles of water, decrease salt and sugar, green tea - for week 1. Do let me know what your plans are

This is great.

I will b trying to walk more and drink more. I think i eat when i should actually b drinking.

Also need to pack in lots of veg in my diet.... will u be weighing in today sneha?

I'm starting out to! My car is gone so going to walk and bike everywhere and I have a fitbit so I can track everything. I'm here for support if you need it :)

I am just starting i have everything ready for tomorrow i just need to start. I plan you have a lot more water and exercise and meal planning.

Hello all, I am starting out too! I have weighed in today at 72kg and have a BMI of 28.6 . According to the NHS BMI calculator I need to lose 17.4kg to be in the middle of the healthy range!! I will be trying to exercise more and plan my meals (hopefully I can avoid boredom and stress eating). Wishing you all the best and am here for support if you need it :)

Hey guys!

To continue what I am doing - I am having a good healthy diet - which I dnot want to substitute with a 1400 cal diet. I know that's going to decrease the ability of my body to burn calories and will start to store -as FAT. My problem is my work place is far from home which means I travel for 3.5 hours in a day and 9 hours at work. So I really don't get time or have patience for anything else. There is just no activity time. Under the set conditions can somebody suggest what I can do for myself and gift my body a beautiful experience.
