Lost 7 lbs this week, first week so I know a lot is fluid. Using every available resource to suppo me; telly programme and iBook to see which diet I am best suited to and now on Low GI and counting calories, what's made it a lot easier is using the food track on my fitness pal app, I track every single thing and this has helped me to not have major blow outs! Feeling more in control and great to get support and inspiration form everyone on here. Here's to next week and no more excuses for me, I choose what I eat and what I do, no one else.
