Whenever i get cravings to eat junk food i always resist it and not eat any junk food at all, i cut out sugary stuff straight away when i was and i still am losing weight. But when i do eat crisp or a couple of chocolates i just straight away think that i shouldn't have had it, even though it feels good to have it. Also if i can't be bothered to exercise i wont but then i think that i should have because i had the chance and i could burn everything that i have eaten. Even though i weight 10 stones i really want to lose more weight, i'm not happy with the way i am.
