and a considerable weight gain last year (2 stone) I am now hoping to get back on the straight and narrow and start a new year with a healthy new approach to my food intake and exercise routine (don't want to call it a diet) so shall call it my new healthy life style. GULP seems very dauting and I'm already wondering how I will do, but as previous experience has shown me, the first week is the toughest, so fingrs crossed I will stick to it this week.

Good luck to eveyone starting today/this week. WE CAN DO IT :)

Good luck to you and I agree with you, it's a healthy lifestyle change not a diet.

Yes we can do it together :)
