Ok so end of the day it was great like my whole day was. For dinner i ate a very healthy meal and i drank only water. I feel so energetic and happy and not hungry at all. But even that i eat healthy all my meals i still eat too much of food i felt like i have to cut down some calorie intake, though little by little i am actually doing this and i feel so proud of myself i am actually doing something for me for my life for my body for my home of a happy soul :))
