Overweight after 2 c-sections :-(

Im 22, 4'11 and weigh 67kg. I need to lose weight. Anyone want to join me? I will start this NHS diet on monday. Do let me know as i'd love the motivation :-D

Hi, I think the best way to motivate yourself is to look at what you can change, and work towards a goal, I think everyone should have two goals, infact you can have as many as you want, the more the better, as when you reach the goals, that in itself is a motivator, the first goal would be to choose what you want to change in your food, and when you can fit some excersise in, the main goal of those is, controlling your food intake, and finding an excersise that is doable, stairs are good, and so is stretching, maybe go up and down the stairs for 5 minutes twice a day, and your goal would be to get to 10 minutes twice a day, and then once you've got that make it harder, or keep to the 5 minutes and add stretching and gentle excersise until you can do the stairs and 30 minutes of dancing or jogging on a spot
