Hello everyone! I hope your year has started better than mine, but I'm not writing to complain just to tell you guys some of my resolutions for this year. It's the first time I actually make a list of resolutions for the new year to come...should I be worried that I'm getting old? :)) just jk. Anyway one my resolutions is to start the year without having any sugar in January, anything at all, eat less and healthier and exercise a bit. I had some honey in my tea because it helps with my flue, but nothing else yesterday. I was a bit scared in the morning as all night I have been dreaming I ate chocolate and lots of sweets so I thought I won't be able to make it, but now, on day light I feel more optimistic and so help me God, I will do it! I've started to eat healthier and less food and I passed one day with no sugar and I did just a bit of exercising, but maybe I will increase my dayli rate. It's the only thing on my list that I have respected so far, I still need to adapt to all the changes I've planned, but I hope I will keep on the right path from now on. I wish I could wear a lovely dress on my birthday in April, even though I would need a miracle cause since I've bought it until now I've put on half of the weight I had when I initially wear it, but even though I won't be able to wear it in April, it's ok as long as I'm losing weight, better slow and efficient, than nothing at all ;))
