hi i started my weight loss journey 4 months ago i lost 5 kg but now i gained the double of this number I'm really sad please help give me some programme an effective one and i will try to follow it with somebody

Hi lulu I really feel for you love as I have the same predicament . I would gladly go hand in hand with you through this awful nightmare . I to am having problems with weight gain which effects my copd as I have a hernia . I joined a gym which i find hard because of working alone. Chin up lovee xx

Hi lulu sorry for the delay in my reply. I'm not following any particular diet. Fancied trying 5/2 think that's what it's called. 500 call for 2 days and normal within reason. How are you going xx

I know that Christmas is near and it is going to be hard to diet but I am going to cut down first then after Christmas I will be ready in mind to go on full watching what I eat and keep on walking a lot more and move around a lot more I go on holiday in April I don't want to buy more clothes because I can not get in to my clothes but if we all cut down to a small plate so when we fill it up it wont be as much as before and at Christmas it is very hard to diet when you are invited out. SO LET GET IN THE RIGHT FRAME OF MIND
