Day 6 of 84 (12 week plan)

A good day today, walked the dogs for 15 mins this morning. Then I had porridge, honey & blueberries for brekkie, snack was cashews & raisins and then for lunch I had left over chilli (made from scratch, loadsa veg) on mixed veg. For dinner, I will be having carbonara, wholewheat pasta and mixed veg. With my 4x Jaffa cakes for afternoon snack that makes 1175 calories.

Another good day... Just gotta have a good day tomorrow and then weighing on Thursday morning.
