'100 Pound Drop'

I work for a CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group) and we have just started a '100 Pound Drop'. We have logged our start weight (either as a seen or unseen figure for those that are a little embarassed) and will weigh ourselves each week. Our first weekly weigh-in is tomorrow. Our aim is to lose 100 lbs as an organisation but so many have volunteered I think by the New Year we may change our name to the '200 Pound Drop'. This is free, has peer support and is non-threatening. We'd like to roll it out to more organisations.

Good idea! Sounds like a fun way to do it.
