I have been diagnosed with underactive thyroid about a year ago and since than I put on weight about 20kg, which is now putting me as overweighed. Does any of you have a good diet and exercises to loose it?

Hi, you may already be aware of some of these tips but I found an article that may help - see below. In addition taking into account the guidelines in the article, you need a deficit of 500 calories a day to lose a pound a week. Some of this will need to come from eating healthier foods and/or smaller portions and some from exercise. What exercise you do isn't so important. You can lose weight with any exercise routine. The key is to find one you semi enjoy and can stick to because you'll have to be consistent to burn the calories and lose weight.
