Week 5

Hi just done weigh in for week 5 and from week 1 weighing 14.2 st I now am 13.7 st so really pleased. I actually started trying to lose weight from January 2014 when I weighted 14.10 st but started the NHS weight loss plan in September and finding it great. I have increased exercise which obviously also helps! It really does feel a change of lifestyle for me and feeling much happier!
