Good morning everyone , day 1 of week 1 on the 12 week plan . I have 2 and a half stone to lose . Im taking it in small steps, first target is 2 lose 24lb at the end of the 12 weeks .anyone else just starting today ? Xx

I started on the 1september 2014 and I weighed myself this morning and id lost 2lbs so il try my best to do rest as iv got a sweet tooth been a good girl last week

I started about 4 days ago, it's hard to keep going when cravings kick in but you have to think of how amazing you'll feel in the end!
Weekend's have always been the worst for me marie , definitely be worth it in the end thanks xx
when u think about it every time u loose a 1lb in weight you could put a £1 away each time you loose and by the end when you have reached your ideal weight your body will feel lighter and your purse will be heavier
