Hi i want to loose alot of weight but have mobility probs so difficult exercising, would anyone like to be me buddy?

Hi I'm 9wks post op from full hysterectomy, they found stage 1 cancer so to be safe, i had everything removed.

I have mobility problems so can't go to gym, but i want to loose about 6 stone. I know it will take me a long time but every pound helps!!

If anyone would like to be my lifestyle buddy i'd be really grateful, especially if they live near Doncaster.

Hi Mitzymoo,

Just wanted to say that I hope you're recuperating well after your operation. Good luck with your weight loss journey, and hope you find a lifestyle buddy who lives close to you.

Several of us weigh-in on a Monday if you want to join in with us. Everyone is welcome.

Hope you are having a good week.

Lowcal :-)

Hi. Hope your recovery is fast and efficient. Must have been all a bit much. I'm not in Donny but can relate to mobility problems. As with most things , it's just another hurdle, not being able to burn so many calories through exercise. But I am finding that the calorie control is the key. Best of luck.

Hi gilly57

Thanx so much for your advice and support, i'm starting to make a meal plan and work out calories, you need a degree in it to understand some sites!

Take it easy after your op, make sure not to overdo things. Hope your recovery goes well. I'm nowhere near Donny I'm afraid.

Hopefully the 12 week plan will help you to lose your weight. Perhaps have a look at this site if you want some other ideas .

Good luck.
