I haven't weighed myself in more than a month, but I have gone up a clothes size in the last month, so it is not going to be a nice surprise when I weigh in on Monday.
I started my day 1 Thu, but theoretically my Week 1 starts Monday. Then I will have had a few days to nudge myself in. Struggled somewhat today, as I missed my sweets ... Thought I would buy some and 'just have one or two' : proved to myself that I am still too vulnerable and should not buy them at all yet! (Ate the lot).
