Well, weigh in today, lost 5lb!! Was amazed by it, had to weigh myself twice to be sure! Feeling really good about doing this and even more motivated for the week to come. Looking forward to see what new foods I can come up with. 116 calorie flapjack wasn't fantastic. Gonna have to find something new, also getting sick of strawberries and grapes so new fruits needed (also not into apples or oranges). Any suggestions and/or recipes welcome
