Hi Cloudstrife, I'm on wk 1 with a tough journey ahead but find motivation reading peoples posts. Pls keep us updated, I don't often find time to write (usually juggling a baby in one hand & my iPhone in the other!) but every time I feel temptation creeping in, this forum squashes it!) all the very best you have everyone's support

Hi I am amazed how many people think of me a motivation, it's a little strange as I have never thought of myself as such, weight loss wise certainly anyway. I is why I came on here because of the long journey I have I tend to get so far, get distracted by life and get stuck. It has really made me want to do well so I can be inspiration, because I absolutely assure you if I can anyone can.
