Am I losing weight too quickly?

I've lost just over 2lbs this week, however I have had treats like pizza biscuits and cake, but I burnt them calories off at gym, well most of them, does this weight loss still work effectively if I burn off treats?

It is harmless to have occasional treats but try and stick to the healthy eating as much as you can. If you are burning off the calories it can still be effective but after a while, for some people, it can ware off. Healthy foods also help you fill up more and prevent spikes in your blood sugar levels also providing more of what your body needs. One factor that effects people loosing weight with unhealthy foods is that they actually make you more hungry as they don't fill you up as your body is still asking you for the nutrients that it needs.

But remember there are 7 days in a week so one bad day out of 6 wont harm you :) Keep going and you will get there :)

Yay for once I can just say...see post above me :) bad diets screw up our sugar rush cravings and tend to not have the protein required to keep you feeling full. However well done on going to the gym after as they tend to be quite lethargic. However a pizza! I'm guessing chances are you didn't burnt that off and your weight loss can be put down to water and muscle weight this week rather than you have burnt fat.

However a cheat meal is different to a cheat day/s so hopefully you can fix this in the coming week. Because your just undoing all the good at the gym really. All that exercising to know you didn't burn off anything you had....hope the pizza was worth it haha

No - don't eat the exercise calories you burn if you want to lose weight! Use the free app MyFitnessPal and ignore any exercise calories. You couldn't have burned off those pizza calories if you stayed at the gym for 24 hours!

I lost three stone in six months on the 5:2 Diet youtu.be/W9Aj6hRYg4A and have maintained my weight loss over a year by just 'fasting' (up to 500 calories) one day a week. That means that now I can have treats such as pizza but I make sure I weigh myself once a week to catch any rogue pounds before they multiply.
