Online xercise buddies

If anyone wants an online exercise buddy, free free to message me. I lost a stone at the start of this year through going for a walk every day and healthy eating. Unfortunately I stopped walking and started soem unhealthy eating and then put the stone back on. I'm currently 14 stone 9, just over BMI 31. My initial aim is to get back below 14 stone and get my BMI below 30. I'm been for a walk of an hour or so today around the little town where I live. My plan is to go for a walk every day for at least 1/2 hour but longer if possible, exercise on my exercise bike every day, for at least 10 minutes, but longer if possible. I'm currently eating healthily but need to exercise regularly to lose the weight. Ant

Well done for returning to a healthier lifestyle! Sound like you've a similar body comp. to me. I always find getting started the hardest bit about exercise. Once I'm actually out with the dog, on the treadmill or on the exercise bike, it's fine. It is just that actual getting started.
